Imagine: you could be flying a two or four seater aeroplane high above the beautiful English countryside. With 7 schools in or around the London Orbital, you are not far away from your flying dream experience coming true.
On arriving at your local Cabair Flying School, you will be greeted by your instructor who will give you a short briefing on the content of the flight. You will then be shown to your aircraft and then the instructor will start up, taxy out, and take-off.
After a short climb, the aircraft controls will be handed over to you and you will be in control! You will learn to manoeuvre the aircraft around the sky for the duration of the lesson and then, once returned to the airfield, your instructor will land and taxy back in.
At the end of the flight, you will be presented with a certificate of first lesson which is also a logbook detailing the flight. If so desired, this flight can be counted towards the granting of a full private pilot licence! Any further details on achieving this aim can be discussed with your instructor after the flight has taken place.
